Processing typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on order size. Larger orders may take longer, especially during Q4. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday.

Once you become a customer, you are issued a customer code to include on each shipment. This allows us to quickly identify your products. We accept LTL deliveries on standard pallets (40x48) not to exceed 2000 pounds or 72 inches in height.

We ship to FBA via Amazon's partnered small parcel carrier (UPS Ground). Your inbound shipping queue (in SellerCentral) contains tracking information.
For urgent requests, we offer expedited processing for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your needs and schedule.
Our standard service includes Amazon barcodes (FNSKU) and necessary sold as set and/or suffocation warning labels. We do not offer services to remove price tags or other labels that would be required for retail arbitrage.

While we take every precaution to protect your items, we recommend that clients carry insurance on all shipments. We photograph all shipments we receive and will notify you of any damages noted. We only charge you processing fees on items we process -- not freight/mfg damaged products. You then have control over what happens to these damaged items (trash, donate, return to you). These options may incur an additional fee.
We cannot be an importer of record for your shipment. But we can accept them once they have cleared customs.

Your shipment will stay in our warehouse until we receive payment. Please refer to the invoice for payment terms. If the shipment remains unpaid and unclaimed for 14 days, we reserve the right to take further action with the property (which may include disposal).
