How much do outbound boxes cost?

If we cannot reuse your boxes, we charge cost +15% (usually starting at $1.50/box)

How long does it take to process my shipment?

Processing typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on order size. Larger orders may take longer, especially during Q4. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday.

What is the minimum order requirement?

There’s a minimum invoice of $50, but no minimum on the quantity of items.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Paypal, credit and debit cards through Stripe. Pickup/shipping scheduling occurs only after payment is received.

Does River Retail need access to my Amazon account?

No, we don’t require access. However, granting us limited access to Seller Central FBA Shipping allows us to create and update shipments without delays.

We accept LTL (with an appointment) and from FedEx & UPS.

Are there any fees for inventory storage?

"All items are processed and shipped out as soon as they are processed (and payment received). If you have long-term storage needs, please contact us for rates and availability. Short-term storage before and during processing is included at no extra charge.

What packaging requirements should I follow when shipping items to River Retail?

Once you become a customer, you are issued a customer code to include on each shipment. This allows us to quickly identify your products. We accept LTL deliveries on standard pallets (40x48) not to exceed 2000 pounds or 72 inches in height.

Can River Retail handle product returns or restocking?

Yes, we offer return handling and restocking services. Please reach out for more details and pricing.

Does River Retail provide tracking for FBA shipments?

We ship to FBA via Amazon's partnered small parcel carrier (UPS Ground). Your inbound shipping queue (in SellerCentral) contains tracking information.

What if I need expedited processing?

For urgent requests, we offer expedited processing for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your needs and schedule.

Can you handle product labeling or relabeling?

Our standard service includes Amazon barcodes (FNSKU) and necessary sold as set and/or suffocation warning labels. We do not offer services to remove price tags or other labels that would be required for retail arbitrage.

How can I check the status of my order?

What is River Retail’s policy on damaged or lost items?

While we take every precaution to protect your items, we recommend that clients carry insurance on all shipments. We photograph all shipments we receive and will notify you of any damages noted. We only charge you processing fees on items we process -- not freight/mfg damaged products. You then have control over what happens to these damaged items (trash, donate, return to you). These options may incur an additional fee.

Can River Retail handle international shipments?

We cannot be an importer of record for your shipment. But we can accept them once they have cleared customs.

Do you offer custom packaging or branding services?

We would love to work with you on a custom solution. Please contact us to discuss your needs in more detail.

What happens if my payment is delayed?

Your shipment will stay in our warehouse until we receive payment. Please refer to the invoice for payment terms. If the shipment remains unpaid and unclaimed for 14 days, we reserve the right to take further action with the property (which may include disposal).

Can I update my order or shipment details after it’s been placed?

Maybe, it will depend on the nature of the changes. Contact before we receive your items (if possible).
